What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • PayPal: Pay securely with your debit/credit card via PayPal. Registration is free at www.paypal.com.
  • What if my payment fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@ldhomegear.com with the subject "Failed Payment" and attach details or a screenshot if possible.

ORDER

Where is my order confirmation?
After a successful order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all order details.
If you don’t see it after 60 minutes, check your Spam/Promotions folder. If still missing, contact us at support@ldhomegear.com.

Why does my order say "Payment Pending"?
This usually means your payment was unsuccessful. If you didn’t receive an email with instructions, please contact us at support@ldhomegear.com with the subject "Payment Pending" for assistance.

I paid, but my order hasn’t updated after 24 hours.
Please contact us at support@ldhomegear.com with the subject "Order Status" so we can verify and resend your confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We accept changes (address, size, color, quantity) within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations.

DELIVERY

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track online. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking to update.

What does "Preparing to ship" or "In Transit" mean?
Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to go live.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time: 9–14 business days (varies by location).

  • Extra time may be needed during holidays or sales.
  • We don’t ship on public holidays.

Why is my delivery delayed?
High order volumes, customs checks, or extreme weather may cause delays. You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email.
